About Me

Welcome! I’m Sandi.

To me, photography is about introspection – a form of healing, therapy and meditation that can serve a number of purposes to myself and to the people who appreciates my photographs. It allows me to express my opinions and beliefs through a medium that enables the telling and sharing of stories. The more images I shoot, the more I learn about myself, the things I value, and ultimately, how I see the beautiful world around me.

One of my biggest inspirations towards pursuing a career in photography has been my travelling experiences that have allowed me to appreciate colours, nature, and simply – life. Believing that happiness can flourish through any realm, even in the midst of poverty and hardships, I have developed a deep love for life and capturing the true spirit of people and subjects.

I have travelled to many countries but Nepal stole my heart and soul. Through my love, dedication and passion, I am on a true mission to help in all of my capacity to rebuild Nepal. For more information about how I plan to use my photography and Vivid Memoir to rebuild Nepal, please visit the company’s “Mission Statement” and “How We Give Back” pages.

I enjoy life. I believe, I dream, I capture. Sharing what I capture is the start of a never-ending journey because the world’s beauty is endless. I look forward to sharing my adventures with you.
